We entered the development business with the refurbishment and repurposing of well-located prime London properties in our own existing portfolio. Leveraging our long-standing experience, we have taken on larger new-build developments and commercial to residential conversions, both on our own account and in joint venture with other experienced developers.

We complement our in-house experience with professional consultants and service providers, who are carefully selected to share our high standards in design and construction. Together we are able to take care of the entire development process: site assessment, acquisition, obtaining planning permission, design, management of construction, completion and sale of new homes. This gives us full control over the design and quality of the homes we deliver.
